- Colours of materials will vary slightly from the images shown, as the quality of the images do not reflect the quality of the actual materials used. All materials shown on our images are subject to availability at time of ordering. The proof that we send out may vary slightly from the image shown, but it will reflect the final invitation.
- Invitations may differ very slightly as each one is individually hand made, but rest assured they are all made to a high quality.
- Once your order has been received, a proof of your daytime and evening invitations will be sent out, and we ask that you thoroughly proof read them and confirm in writing by email or post that all the details are correct. Once printed we cannot rectify any mistakes without a charge.
- We require full payment prior to commencing with your order. Cheques made payable to ‘Tie The Knot Cards'.
- Postage and Packaging are free of charge and all orders are dispatched for a signature on receipt. Please ensure delivery address has someone available to sign for your order.
- Following receipt of payment, Save the Date orders will be posted within 7-10 days and invitation orders within 2-4 weeks. For a more accurate timescale please get in touch. Please note that quotes for timescales can only be honoured for 7 days from asking.
